BRICK CITY is Loop Cult’s latest sample collection, specifically designed for creating Jersey Club music, as well as Juke/Footwork and other related genres.
This sample pack draws inspiration from authentic American underground club culture, offering a diverse array of sounds that are essential for producing high-energy tracks.
The pack includes five drum kits featuring a variety of cranky beats and tight, harsh basses that are characteristic of Jersey Club music.
It also contains synth and bass one-shots, perfect for adding depth and texture to your tracks, providing a range of synthetic wails and bass sounds.
Additionally, the pack includes unique sounds such as freakish flutes, crazed strings, and hip-hop-inspired vocal chops, adding a distinctive edge to your productions.
All samples are provided in high-quality 24-bit WAV format, ensuring they are compatible with all Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs). Furthermore, all samples in the pack are royalty-free, allowing you to use them in your musical productions without any legal concerns.
Tips
- Layering Drum Kits: Combine different elements from the five drum kits to create complex, layered beats. For instance, use the kick from one kit and the snare from another to achieve a unique sound that stands out.
- Manipulating Vocal Chops: Use the hip-hop-inspired vocal chops creatively by pitching them up or down, adding reverb, or applying delay effects. This can help you create catchy hooks or atmospheric background elements.
- Incorporating Realistic Sounds: Integrate the freakish flutes and crazed strings into your tracks by using them as melodic elements or background textures. Experiment with different effects like chorus or phaser to enhance their uniqueness.
- Synth & Bass One Shots: Utilize the synth and bass one-shots to add punchy accents to your tracks. Try layering them with your basslines or using them as stabs in your breakdowns to maintain energy and interest.
- Tempo and Key Matching: Ensure that the samples fit seamlessly into your project by matching their tempo and key with your track. Use your DAW’s time-stretching and pitch-shifting tools to align the samples perfectly with your composition.
