Description

Organic Drums & Percussions by Hellosamples is a collection of sounds made from instruments and objects found in and around a recording studio in the woods.

This sample pack includes 352 different sounds, ranging from classic old custom drum kits to more experimental and foley kits.

The sounds were recorded using high-quality microphones, preamps, and an audio interface, ensuring pristine audio quality.

Inside the pack, you will find a variety of organic and exotic kits, such as bay leaf sounds, broken tree branches, footstep textures, and even hunter gunfire recorded in the middle of the forest.

Additionally, there are samples from recordings made in the studio cabin, including vocal beatbox percussions, water drum sounds sampled inside the studio bathroom, and crunchy broken glass foley samples.

These sounds are perfect for adding a raw and natural touch to your music productions.

Tips

  • Layering for Depth and Texture: Combine the organic percussion sounds with traditional drum samples to create a rich and textured drum track. For example, layer a footstep texture with a kick drum to add a unique, earthy quality to your beats.
  • Creating Foley Rhythms: Use the foley samples, such as broken tree branches and bay leaf sounds, to create intricate rhythmic patterns. These can be used as subtle background elements or brought to the forefront for a more experimental feel.
  • Dynamic Processing: Apply dynamic processing, such as compression and transient shaping, to the vocal beatbox percussions and water drum sounds. This can help emphasize the natural dynamics of these samples and make them stand out in the mix.
  • Spatial Effects: Utilize reverb and delay effects on the hunter gunfire and broken glass samples to create a sense of space and depth. This can help these sounds blend seamlessly into your track while adding an atmospheric layer.
  • ASMR Elements: Incorporate the ASMR-friendly sounds, like pen and paper writing noises, into your tracks to add an intimate and detailed auditory experience. These can be used as subtle ear candy to keep listeners engaged.
