Description
The Score Elements is a cinematic scoring instrument by Sonuscore for Kontakt Player. Play chords into its Story presets to hear orchestrated parts respond together, then shape the result as you perform.
The library combines orchestral sections with synths, guitars, keys, choir and world instruments. Its genre-based Stories cover moods from thriller and action to romance and documentary, giving composers a starting point for film, game and multimedia cues.
Each Story offers two keyswitch variations, and the mod wheel controls dynamics in real time. The engine is editable, so you can adjust a Story or Ensemble rather than leaving the arrangement exactly as it loads.
The instruments are incorporated into the included Stories and Ensembles rather than offered as separate instrument patches. MIDI export, the instrument browser and user presets are reserved for the wider paid Score range, so Elements is most useful for getting a cue moving quickly inside its own workflow.
Sonuscore states that the library is free to keep without a trial period or credit card. It requires Kontakt or Kontakt Player 8.13.1 or later and at least 9.1 GB of disk space, making it accessible to composers who do not own the full Kontakt sampler.
